EFAA has a well-developed volunteer program offering many rewarding opportunities.

Volunteer... it does a body good…….

Volunteers repeatedly tell us how much they learned about a part of the community they had very little awareness of, and how they are welcomed, supported, and feel that they make a critical difference.

Check out a list of various volunteer positions:

  • Fundraising Activities
    Event planning, donor contact, decorating, designing signs and possibly serving on the EFAA Guild or Board.  

  • Facilities and Maintenance
    Carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, organizing, cleaning and gardening.

  • Shelter Sponsors
    Shelter sponsors provide household supplies and personal hygiene products monthly, and work with staff to identify other creative, helpful ways to support the program (i.e., assisting the sponsored...
