A native of Iowa , Shalon graduated from University of Northern Iowa with a degree in Family Services and minor in Women’s and Gender Studies. She has been working in the non-profit field for 6 years with agencies like Habitat for Humanity, Big Brothers Big Sisters. Recently Shalon moved to Boulder and her favorite activity is hiking Mt. Sanitas.
