Shelter sponsors provide household supplies and personal hygiene products monthly, and work with staff to identify other creative, helpful ways to support the program (i.e., assisting the sponsored family during the holidays with meals, gifts, apartment repairs/maintenance). Shelter sponsors make a commitment of material supplies valuing approximately $50/month.
Requires a monthly check-in with the shelter caseworker.

Time Commitment: 1 year commitment. Purchase of supplies monthly.

Skills Needed: Ideal for faith communities, service organizations, families and/or businesses
Need the resources to provide material support as well as time.
