Volunteers are needed to assist our children's caseworker with our after
school program. Volunteers would be working with children currently living in
our emergency and transitional housing. Activities could include: 1.Assist children with homework and various recreational activities
2.Research group activities; request donations for the program (free
tickets to events, lunches, supplies for program, etc.) 3.Lead a one-time or regularly scheduled craft or activity
The program runs after school, 2:45-4:45pm at the following locations:
Mondays & Thursdays in Longmont, Tuesdays & Fridays in Lafayette and
Wednesdays in Boulder. Time Commitment: Minimum of 2 hours a week for at least 6 months.
Skills Needed: Enjoy working with children, creative, and responsible. Must
be able to commit to a weekly shift for 6 months.
